This device is used for bulk insertion of rubber nails in the formation section of square lithium batteries. The feeding method is tray feeding, and after blocking and positioning, the rotating clamp claw takes out the nails (the vibration disc automatically loads the material, with screening and nail reversing functions). CCD positioning injection port, multiple sets of nail insertion mechanisms rotate the nails at the same time. After the insertion is completed, the height of the nails is detected to determine whether it is successful.
